The Burgundy Hex Necklace is a warm and refined addition to your everyday jewellery. I handcraft each 10mm porcelain hex pendant in my South Wales garden studio. First, I carefully shape the porcelain by hand. Then, it is fired in the kiln to create a strong yet lightweight finish.Unlike the layered Brecon designs, this piece features a solid burgundy tone. The colour feels rich, cosy, and grounding. Because of this warmth, it pairs beautifully with earthy greens, soft pinks, warm neutrals, and textured knitwear. It adds depth without overpowering your outfit.After glazing, I apply delicate gold edging around the hexagon. The piece is fired again so the gold seals onto the surface. As a result, the edge catches the light subtly and adds a luxurious contrast against the deep burgundy glaze. The finish feels contemporary, yet timeless.The pendant measures approximately 10mm, the same size as the Brecon Hex design. It hangs from a high-quality sterling silver anchor chain that has been plated with gold and has a diamond cut to it for a little sparkle, this is available in either 16 or 18 inch lengths. If you prefer you can select an adjustable satellite chain with little beads along it in a choice of 16-17.5 inches or a longer 17.5-19 inches. Therefore, you can style it higher on the neckline or slightly lower depending on your outfit. The chain is lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear.This Burgundy Hex Necklace works beautifully on its own as a simple statement. However, it also layers effortlessly with shorter chains or complementary tones.
