These hearts are a beautiful bright mix of soft pink and bright sunset orange. The coloured porcelain bodies have been layered together to create a unique pattern which makes each pair one of a kind. Gold lustre flecks are sealed onto the surface of the glaze during the final firing.
Many people remark how these look like little strawberries, which is actually an originally an unintentional happy accident! So I have now made a whole new collection based on Strawberries!
The gold fill hoops measure 30mm, and the 10mm hearts can slide on and off.
What is gold fill? Gold filled is when two or three thick layers of gold are bonded with heat to cover the base metal inside. The gold content is 100% more than a gold-plated brass making it much more valuable, and more durable. The great thing about gold filled is that it won’t tarnish, it will always stay gold, and it won’t discolour your skin. The higher content of gold and the process of bonding thick layers with heat means It will look and behave the same as solid gold but at a more affordable price.
