Description
These pretty porcelain hearts add a little splash of colour with a touch of luxury from their 22k gold dip.
The hearts are hand formed from soft porcelain which has been fired, refined, glazed and fired again and then gold has been added and sealed to the surface by firing in the kiln for a third time. The process involves time, care and attention to detail.
The hearts measure 8mm across at the widest point. The gold vermeil hoops are 12mm in diameter.
What is gold vermeil? (pronounced ver-may) A high-quality form of gold plating in which a thick layer of gold is coated upon sterling silver.
