These little 8mm hearts have been fired, refined, glazed and fired again. They are in a new colour- peony pink, which is a deeper pink than the pale and petal pink shades. A 22k gold dip has been added to the hearts and sealed to the surface by firing in the kiln for a third time. The process involves time, care and attention to detail.
The hearts measure 8mm across at the widest point. The gold vermeil hoops are 12mm in diameter.
The hearts on these hoops are not changeable charms, they do not slide off.
What is gold vermeil? (pronounced ver-may) A high-quality form of gold plating in which a thick layer of gold is coated upon sterling silver.
